FAQ
Straight answers about what we build, what it costs, how long it takes and who owns it.
Custom business systems and websites. That includes dashboards and reporting, automation and integrations, quoting and estimates, scheduling and dispatch, inventory management, job tracking and work orders, customer portals, CRMs, shipping and receiving, invoicing and billing, and websites. If your business runs on it, we can likely build it.
Businesses of every size, from a home office to headquarters: sales teams, service companies, contractors and trades, distributors, professional services, churches and nonprofits. If the owner still feels every bottleneck, we're a good fit.
Sometimes an off-the-shelf app is the right answer, and we'll tell you so. Custom makes sense when you're paying for several apps that don't talk to each other, your team works around the software instead of with it, or the same information gets typed in more than once.
One-page websites start at $900. Multi-page business websites start at $1,500, and a website with a connected system starts at $4,500. Monthly payment options are available. You get a written, fixed price before any work begins.
Every business works differently, so custom systems are priced per project after a free consultation. You get a written proposal with a fixed price for each phase, so you always know the cost before work starts.
Most websites take 2 to 4 weeks. Most custom systems take 6 to 12 weeks, delivered in phases so your team can start using parts of it sooner.
Yes. Once the work is paid for, what we build for you is yours, and your data is always yours. Your system can run in your own accounts, or we can host it for you. Either way, if you ever move on, it goes with you.
Usually, yes. We connect things like your accounting software, email, calendar and website forms so information is entered once and flows where it needs to go. We'll confirm what's possible with your tools during the consultation.
That's why we start with how your team already works. We map the process with the people who do the work, agree on one right way to do each job, build the system around it, and walk your team through it at launch.
Monthly support keeps your system running: fixes, small changes, monitoring and backups. Bigger additions are quoted as new phases, with a fixed price agreed first.
No. Websites are often where we start, but most of our work is the system behind the business. Every website we build can connect to that system, so new customers flow straight into your process.
Yes. We come on site and watch how the work actually gets done, from the first customer call to the final invoice. Then we design one clear process and build it into an automated or web-based system. We can also do this by video. Outside the Charleston area, travel costs are quoted up front.
Yes. We're based in Mount Pleasant, SC, and work with businesses anywhere. We come on site or work by video, whichever fits you best. Travel costs outside the Charleston area are quoted up front and added to your proposal.
A no-cost conversation, in person or online, about how your business runs today and where it gets stuck. If it's a fit, you get a written proposal with a fixed price. No pressure and no obligation.
No. Projects are priced by phase, and you decide whether to continue after each one. No long contracts that trap you.
